ELIZABETH EVANS WEISS
Founder and CEO
Elizabeth Evans Weiss founded Elizabeth Evans Custom Homes and E2 Roofing in 2017 after seeing the devastations of hurricanes in Florida. A business leader and entrepreneur who has called Jacksonville her home for the past 20 years, she has worked as a construction management professional in the residential and commercial arena, managing over $500 million worth of vertical construction. She found her passion for construction and for serving others while studying civil engineering at West Point. In 2024, she retired at the rank of Colonel from the Army after twenty-four years of service around the world.
